This is my last port of call. Sincle I had BT Infinity2 installed at the end of August I have never received a bill. I have made countless phonecalls to customer support and nothing has happened. Nobody seems to have a clue whats going on and the answer I get eveytime is 'I have raised this as a complaint for you and someone will call you back' .... of course, no-one ever does.
Trying to get this sorted is like hitting my head againsta brick wall .... is there really nothing that can be done ???

I've not been called by anyone and nothing on my account has changed.
