I have not received my Amazon voucher

I do not know how to claim my Amazon voucher after signing up for a Broadband and phone package in November which was an incentive along with a BT rewards card

Could someone tell me how to claim?

Hi @CURZ sorry you have not received all your rewards for signing up with BT.

I am not aware of any offer currently with Amazon vouchers or do you mean the Amazon Echo?
If it is the vouchers did you place your order via a 3rd party website such as MSE or Uswitch? and are you sure they were Amazon vouchers and not M&S?

I switched via uswitch with a deadline of 14 November 2018 to sign up and get £100 BT reward and £50 Amazon vouchers. Did I misread the information?

Hi @CURZ Thanks for the getting back to me. It could well be that Amazon vouchers were part of the order as there are so many offers it's just I have not come across this offer. I checked the Uswitch website and it refers to M&S vouchers. 

Try to submit a claim for the M&S voucher  and post back to let me know how you get on.
