Surprisingly my email arrived at 11.27 today. Thank you for any assistance you have given. It’s a shame that BT make it difficult to claim as they could have just posted it to me with a confirmation email.
Hi @oviser sorry you have not received your code for the Fitbit yet. The code is emailed after 14 days have passed from your order completion (ie day 15 if that falls on on a weekday) Has your service been active for 15 days or more yet?
You should receive it any time now. We can check to see where it is for you and give you the code if need be.
