I have not received my email to claim my Fitbit 3?

Hi Can you assist? I have not received my email to claim my FitBit 3. The 14 day period has passed. Who can I call or can you assist please?

Good Afternoon

 

Surprisingly my email arrived at 11.27 today. Thank you for any assistance you have given. It’s a shame that BT make it difficult to claim as they could have just posted it to me with a confirmation email.

Hi @oviser sorry you have not received your code for the Fitbit yet. The code is emailed after 14 days have passed from your order completion (ie day 15 if that falls on on a weekday) Has your service been active for 15 days or more yet?

15days have already passed and no email was received. Is there anything I need to do on my end to receive the email?
