Yes I changed from BT too EE three months into my new 2 year BT contract. They will wave the early termination charge 14 days after your service starts with EE, as you have a 14 day cooling off time. An they wave the payment after 14 days so they know that your in contract with EE after 14 days and that you wont leave for another company.
