I have returned my equipment and have proof of postage but....

BT are hounding me with emails and texts saying I'll be charged. I have proof of postage- how do I log the proof of postage so I am not charged?

Hi

I returned something recently they kept sending texts emails, but as I had proof of posting I didn't worry about.  Then I had text from BT asking for the proof of posting number. Which I replied to the text with the number then got a  a reply from BT saying they had received my return and no charge will be made.  So hopefully you should get a text eventually asking the same..But whatever you do don't lose that posting proof..

If you call BT 0330.1234.150 with your Proof of Sending or your Proof of Receipt they can update your account.
