How long ago did you make your order and have you received the email with the title "Don't forget to claim your year of Amazon Prime"?  It takes a few weeks to get this first email (I got mine about 5 weeks after placing my fibre order) and I've still yet to receive the email with the required code.

Hi @Khaughie Welcome to the forum and thanks for posting about the Amazon Prime offer.

You should receive your code to order the Amazon Prime within 28 days from the date your broadband service is activated. If it has been activated over 28 days ago and you still do not have the code let me know and I'll be happy to help.

Hi.
I'd like to ask about this as well, if I may?
I've already had the email, can't find it now so don't remember when, but I got another reminder 6 days ago.
Still no code though
