I placed an order on the 17th July for Full Fibre Broadband, still not got it.
Full Fibre became available in my area in July. After placing the order an Openreach engineer did a survey and said it needed another team to dig up the pavement. That was over 2 months ago now.
Will I see it completed this year?

They're probably waiting on permission from the land owners to dig up the pavement.

I suspect you are on the right track. Scottish Power have been working in the street replacing power cables. Openreach probably can't get permission whilst the power company is still around.

"Openreach probably can't get permission whilst the power company is still around."
Wasn't there a thing a few years ago, whereby utility companies were discouraged/incentivised to co-ordinate their street works, so that different companies worked in the same area concurrently? I think it was to do with reducing the impact of road closures etc.
Maybe it no longer happens, or not in Scotland?
