When I telephoned to give 30 days notice to cancel I was told I had to do this just before next month. will this not end up with me paying for 2 months . Not happy with conflicting advice,
How was it added on, was it a monthly pass or a change of package to big sport or VIP? If it's a monthly pass the renewal of those can be stopped but if it's a tv package changed then they can't be downgraded again or after the 30 days. You may not be charged for 2 months it just depends on billing date but if you are charged for more than one month it would be refunded the next month
BT changed my package. I explained 1 only wanted sky sport for 1 month. I was told to ring up in 2 days and cancel. When l did l was told to ring cloer to renewal date whenever that is to cancel. Totally different instructions.
