I've been given two accounts/orders in mistake and I am now about to be directed-debited a 2nd time
In trying to get fibre broadband for my home, BT have created two orders or accounts using the same email address and other contact details. This is most definitely a mistake, and I want to know how I can have the duplicate account cancelled without it affecting my current, working, fibre broadband as this took long enough to set up in the first place. Can someone please advise me what do here?
