I want to cancel BT TV, plus my account is in credit
I find the BT site very confusing (as confusing as the bill). I'm currently £127 in credit, yet BT are still taking a whopping £94 out of my bank account every month. I'm usually too busy to check such things but BT tells me "you don't need to do anything"... yes... I do... I need my £127 refunded to me please, but I can't find anyone to contact to achieve this.
Also, my BT Youview box gave up the ghost a while back and I haven't used BT TV for a while, how do I cancel that?
There is no transparrent help on these topics at all on the BT site and for obvious reasons. If anyone can tell me where to turn or who to contact it would be greatly appreciated and of much help to me, thanks very much.
