I want to return my BT Kit

I’ve recently left BT and need to return my old router. I’ve looked everywhere on the website to generate a returns label and am trapped in a loop! Apparently BT should’ve sent me a returns label and bag, but they haven’t. Please can someone assist? Thank you

If you call BT 0330.1234.150 you can request that they send one out to you.

Make sure you keep a copy of your Proof of Posting and if possible take a photograph of it in case you somehow lose the paper copy.
