If I log into MyBT I get a message that my BT Sport discount is about to expire and I’m invited to renew my contract, to keep the discount. However, when I click on the “Renew now” icon and confirm my account details, the response says that my account and postcode don’t match and I’m unable to proceed. I’ve checked all of the relevant details, that BT hold, and can’t find any reason for refusal. Has anyone had similar experiences?
