I missed a couple of my payments but I paid them today but have still lost all my services, not letting me watch on Sky TV or log in on my App? Have tried looking at the help section but getting no where with it.
Thank you for posting. The debt suspension should usually lift within a couple of hours of the debt being cleared. If it's been a few hours and from you made the payment and you still can't watch BT Sport I would give BT a call on 0800800150.
