Why is it so impossible to cancel the 500GB extra cloud storage.
I upgraded and re-contracted by Fibre package and specifically requested no extra cloud storage. Yet I have the email come through stating the extra 500GB at £9 is on there.

Can you also confirm the date your new order is due to go live or if the order has already gone live?
