For the past 24 hours I've been trying to speak to someone at BT regarding my present Broadband and Landline offer coming to an end.
When I login to my account it prompts me to click and reveal my latest offers because of my offers ending, however, when I click on the link all I get is...... 'Sorry , we can't show you any personalised deals here at the moment. If you've already got broadband with us, give us a call on 0800 672 476.'
I have telephoned this and other BT customer service numbers but I'm forever waiting for someone to answer! Every time for 20mins plus!
This is so frustrating and wasting of my time. Surely there should be a ring back service. Or if anybody has a better suggestion I would be very grateful.
