I cannot get BT Openreach to correct my address! For some reason they have got my home address wrong.
How do i go about getting them to correct it? Somebody please help!
Pardon me but I am new to this. By BT Retail I assume you mean if I have a domestic phone line and broadband from BT ? The answer to that is yes!
Openreach have my address wrong. Last time I had an Openreach engineer visit me, he had to phone me to ask where I lived as he couldn't find me!
Royal Mail are not bothered. In the past they have delivered two of my Hubs to this wrong house because of the wrong address. I ended up with 3 after going and collecting the hubs from this house.
I'm scared of ordering anything or upgrading my Hub (quite a few years old now!) in case it ends up at this other house!
I need some guidance as to how to get this fixed. Thank you.
