Incorrect bill not to update my changed plan

I have changed my plan, which are cheaper package and end of service of BT sport in Mar. But billing in Mar has been charged based on previous plan with TB sport charge, although plan was changed from the beginning of Mar. I request to refund of overcharge please.

this is a customer help customer community forum  your post does not go to BT

you were probably to late to change the march payment and any refund should appear in next bill
