Hi @marcinch18, welcome to the community and thanks for posting. Has the balance of your final bill been paid?

 

To dispute the default on your credit file you will need to contact Equifax directly and they will liaise with BT to get this removed from your file if there has been a mistake.

I don't know if the bill was paid that is the thing. Can you check this for me?
