Incorrect termination charge.

I am in the process of leaving BT after 11 months into my 12 month contract.All due to customer services problems with trying to renew my contract.

They have now kindly sent me an email stating that if I do not re sign I will be charged £3.80 for the BT TV Youview  box I received free as part of the offer for joining BT ( which I agree is fair) & also a further £65 for a BT smart hub that was not sent out as I already had a third party router I was going to use and have continued using all the way through my contract.

I hope one of the moderators will be able to offer some help on this matter.

The quickest way to get this sorted would be to contact the billing live chat team so can you give that a try and let me know how you get on?
