Increase is there anything I can do to decrease my new bill?

Increase is there anything I can do todecrease my new bill?

I took my package in April as it kept my bills under £40 a month, I now find out I am having to pay nearly £5 more a month. Is there any way I can reduce this payment as I am on contract for another 18 months.

the increase is covered in you T&C and apart from leave and incur cancellation fees there is nothing you can do if you maintain the same package

Ring BT and speak with the loyalty team, if you are offered anything it will mean agreeing to a new minimum term, your old contract would be replaced with the new offer.

Loyalty are open :

Mon-Fri 8am until 9pm

Saturday 8am until 8pm

Sundaty 9am until 6pm

The number is 0800 800 150
