Upgraded to infinity 1 in October . Have been given 6 activation dates and all have passed . We have now been given a 7th date .we have been assured each time it will definitely work but it never does .
Have spent hours on the phone and cut of a few times despite always being courteous . Always told there is a problem but nobody can say what it is !! Totally scunnered with the whole thing . Tried live chat , twitter , calling , email, the whole thing is bizarre .

As you have phone and broadband at the moment, what makes you think that you are not on BT Infinity?
Its normal to get a short disconnection of the line when its changed over to BT Infinity.

Because its a new package, you do not have a speed issue because you do not have service yet.
If you do have a speed issue when your sevice is activated, then the Infinity board is the place to post.
