I placed an order for Infinity 1 and phoneline this january, which was meant to complete on the 16th Jan.
Nothing happened on the day, until my third call when the call centre informed me there was a delay - wait till 22nd. On 22nd they say wait till 27th (and suspect the pattern will continue).
I have called them everyday because I know nothing is being done about the order.
My activation keeps getting delayed and every promise of activation date is broken !!! I havent found a way to escalate the issue !
AND - the call centre staff have the nerve to get angry at me for calling too many times. If i didnt call I wouldn't know BT had delayed it another 5 days without explanation !!!.
Please help !! I seriously regret switching to BT 😞 everyone warned me but I wanted to take advantage of the deal. Wish I had stayed with Sky 😞
Perhaps Sky are not releasing the line to BT?

Actually the phone line switch got fixed ina few days (as I happened to by at home when the engineer showed up unannounced)
Its the infinity activation which has been delayed 3 times now! 16-20 (forgot to mention this before)-22-27 Jan.
after my infinity finally got activated on 23 jan, now on 29 jan both phone and internet have gone off completely.
WHY CANT BT GET ANYTHING RIGHT!!!!!!
I want to go back to sky 😞
