@Azazl187 I'm sorry about the delay providing your service. We'll be happy to take a look at this for you if you fill in the contact the mods link in my forum profile.  If the network isn't ready we may not be able to provide your service any sooner but we'll be happy to chase this up with Openreach.

 

@Keith_Beddoe to clarify the orders chat team are now based offshore.

I have just spoken to a very helpful chap called Daniel about this query and he has offed to call me on the 6th to see if we can start the ball rolling on the same day as the phone line installation.

 

Thank you Daniel and i look forward to recieving your call on the 6th at 1pm.  It now seems i have someone in the case that cares and is willing to do something for me about my experience.  Thank you.  I will update this thread with the result.

Can you please help me with a small query? I've just logged into my account and this was in my install status...

We're sorry, your order has not progressed as expected. We need to speak with you to confirm some details. Please contact us.

The install date still exists, do I need to contact someone or is this due to the arranged call I have made with you on the phone install date?
Just incase you need reminding who I am, I'm the guy that you are hopefully fast tracking my broadband connection for on Wednesday the 6th at 1pm when I've had my phone line connected.
