That would be ideal but unfortunately it's not something Openreach, Russell's employer, offers. I won't know, until later today, if they're accepting the fast track. Plus, we can only request from the next working day onwards.

I can see that the install date is now set for tomorrow. Fingers crossed.
The 3 of them have taken what an extremely poor customer service situation to making someone feel like a valued customer again.
I think the morel of the story here is dont pick up the phone and call BT, get on the forums and ask for help here. The service here is much better than what you get over the phone or the chat window.
The only reservation that i now have about the BT broadband service is that my speeds have dropped to almost half since it first being installed. I have provided all info requested on the connection issues part of the forums and hope for a speedy resolution soon.
