I currently have a FTTP package with BT for myself and my brother/family are looking to purchase another FTTP package but was told it's not possible to order an additional fibre line to the property (not sure why)..
My question is would it be possible to order another service with BT and have Openreach come install a multi-port ONT instead of an additional line? I have tried to place another order with BT and it gets to the stage of confirmation and i get told it's not possible to place an order and they can only take over the existing line.
