Is there an email for BT customer service? Equipment returns stalemate

Months and months ago I left BT at the end of my contract as it wasn't value for money. They send an equipment returns postage bag, in which I posted the old BT equipment. I got a credit back check of a quid! Thought the matter was done and dusted.

I get emails and texts telling me to post the equipment back.

So I guess they don't track the parcel, and I've got no reciept from royal mail....okay.

Annoying, what are the options ...pay for the bill? Right, but my account is closed, I have no BT phone number so I can't fill in the details to pay the £50 fine. There's no alternative way as far as I can see of getting in touch with the company ( I am in a low mobile phone signal area, and would have to wait at the end of my street for twenty minutes, the last time I tried....Also struggle with hearing with background noise, so its dependant it being warm enough to sit out, and at a time of day to have less traffic).

So I am sitting with a final bill over email which is apparently going to go up if I don't pay soon. I think the email is legit and isn't a scam, but am not 100% certain, as I forfilled my obligations.

There's no way to pay...(can't fill in the details online as the account is closed) and no way to argue my case that I've already sent the equipment back.

Are there alternatives to getting in touch with BT?

Try message now and contact billing

There is no email address just phone CS 03301234150
