This is a BT Retail forum, and has nothing to do with Plusnet.
Please post on the Plusnet user forum.
Any network changes are done by Openreach, so you will need to ask Plusnet to contact them for an update.
Its possible that the cabinet is full, and you are now on a waiting list, as your BT Retail connection would have been ceased.
you must have some form of internet connection to post here - maybe internet connection using your mobile data?
well that is great no more internet decided to cut early then i guess, saying their is an outstanding bill when have not even received one yet
When did you ask Plusnet to take over your service?
Were you still in a contract with BT Retail, if so, there may be cancellation charges outstanding.
Login to MyBT and look at your bill.
