I placed an order on 3rd April, which icluded the promise of a £125 BT Reward Card. On attempting to claim the reward I get the "You are not eligible to claim a reward" message.
From looking at some other threads I suspect this is because my original order was cancelled and reordered (by BT). How do I go about making my claim please?

I tried calling today, sorry I missed you. Good news. The reward card will be processed and sent to you. It'll be with you in the next 30 working days. Can you please post back when you receive it?
