I placed order on the 27th for SUPERFAST FIBRE PLUS + COMPLETE WI-FI. Equipment has still not arrived of the Smarthub 2.0 and two disc's
I am still awaiting the equipment and totally feel let down by BT as states awaiting dispatch. I called BT to chase this up and they replaced another order for the wrong equipment. I was also promised a phone call last week friday from a Darren in lincoln to chase the status update by 5:00pm which never happened.
Can anyone help?
