In prior years I've been able to reorder my line rental saver on an annual basis. This year i got the email but when i try and refresh it i get the error that it's only open to BT BB customers. The issue is I am a BT broadband customer, when I've spoken to the call centre they are unable to access my account.

Sorry for the problems you had renewing your Line Rental saver. Have you managed to get this sorted out since you posted? If you're still having issues post back as we can give you a hand from here.
I've filled in a form with my account details but not heard anything. My Bt TV has error btp00015 but that's a seperate issue
