I am being charged £89 for non return of kit when I returned it weeks ago,I have phoned bt and without proof of tracking I will have to pay ,I have been with bt for years and it would be nice to be believed anyone else had the same problem
A quick search of this forum will show that yours is an all too common occurrence but there's not a lot you can do if you didn't keep the Post Office receipt (which serves as your proof of return) you'll just have to put it down to experience
