Joining BT from SKY

Hello, we have sky but are moving next door but it doesn't have a phone line ,a BT engineer came out but couldn't go on my roof ,so it's gone back to SKY, I'm still unsure what to do as we are no closer to know what's happening. I've seen if you join now you get a Tv or Xbox one , if I did join that would be great but would we be still enabled to get the BT Reward card too??? Please HELP .Dean A

This is a BT Retail customer. It would be an Openreach engineer not BT Retail who would have visited. This forum has nothing to do with Openreach or Sky.

If you want to move your service from Sky to BT Retail, then provided you are out of contract with Sky, you simply place an online order with BT Retail, and they will do everything else, and will also let Sky know you are moving.

You must do it online to qualify for any rewards.
