Just Joined

Hi,

 

Just joined BT despite the bad reviews.

 

Got regular texts keeping me informed and right on the money my fibre was enabled

 

Delivered Smart Hub, but decided to continue to use my existing Router RT-AC68U

Yes without the moderator team I would have given up and gone somewhere else , I must say that they worked really hard to resolve the issues
