Just had a email saying I’ve taken out a new contract.

I’ve just received a email from BT saying thanks for taking out the new contract and giving me the details and the order number for this, which I’ve of course not taken out can a mod please look into this ASAP for me please.

Isn't life a so & so - what the hell we just carry on and see if it improves at all - or not!.
It very rarely does though so don't hold your breath.

It’s OK please ignore the message above it’s all sorted out now.

Just in case anyone is wondering, I’ve just received a email saying I’m on a trial, need to contact them I suppose as it says I’ve got money to pay!

No it’s not a scam it’s my mistake, I received the email saying I had taken a new contract out, then about 30 minutes or so later another email explaining exactly what it was, (a trial with BT, why they hadn’t sent either both together or the second one first I don’t know), that’s what confused me, sorry about posting and all sorted, my mistake totally!
