Keep Connected Promise - has anyone successfully used?
On another thread I’ve commented that the BTPlus Keep Connected Promise exclusions are sufficiently extensive to make a successful claim very hard. The two times I had a broadband outage, BT referred me to the outage exclusion clause (currently 10.e.1 and 12.d.1 on http://www.bt.com/broadband/plus/terms)
Id be really interested to know from anyone who has successfully claimed for a Mini Hub or for Broadband Backup and if so what were the circumstances of their claim.
