Landline added, Broadband cancelled.

Ordered BT broadband around six weeks ago. Was working fine. Decided to add a landline, landline went live today and the broadband stopped. Received an email from BT saying I cancelled the Broadband. I did no such thing. I can’t get any sense out of BT. The only way forward is to order a new broadband line, receive a new hub and wait. How can I get the broadband back on?

you cannot add a landline to an existing broadband contract  you would need to start a new contract for broadband and phone instead of your existing broadband only.

you need to phone CS 03301234150 and explain and see if they can help you

Thanks. I did call the number and they completed a new order but my broadband will not be back on until April the 27th.
