Ordered BT broadband around six weeks ago. Was working fine. Decided to add a landline, landline went live today and the broadband stopped. Received an email from BT saying I cancelled the Broadband. I did no such thing. I can’t get any sense out of BT. The only way forward is to order a new broadband line, receive a new hub and wait. How can I get the broadband back on?
you cannot add a landline to an existing broadband contract you would need to start a new contract for broadband and phone instead of your existing broadband only.
