Why was I charged the most expensive landline charge when going with BT and not told about the cheapest ?
Then the cost of the landline rental is included in the total cost that you pay. You get free weekend calls included.
I am not sure what you mean by a cheaper landline cost? You can get a reduction by paying for a year in advance using the Line Rental Saver option.
It’s just that I got a better deal with free weekdays and weekends after 7 pm. Why when I applied for package BT put me on only weekends free ? Seems like it’s a ploy to get at least one months payment out of you before you realise and ask to change ? Is it BT policy to get as much as possible off the new customer before they make it clear what you are paying for?
