Late payment

My bill was due on the 31st March but I can’t pay until 7th April. I’m always on time and pay direct debit. I’m worried I’m going to have my services restricted. With 5 children in the house due to Coronavirus it would be awful. Can you let me know if I’ll be ok?

BT are not restricting or disconnecting people for late payment until June.
