Latest Bill incorrect

So my latest bill is incorrect, we pay our line rental upfront for the year, yet the latest bill shows a payment for £6.00

 

Why is this?

Looks like the 12 months may have finished if it's only taking it off for part of the month

It's not that as it was only renewed in October 2020

You'll need to speak to the billing team then, it just looked like that as it seems to be a part month charge
