I am leaving BT
Saturday 3 Feb I placed an order to cease all BT services.
Monday 5 March service was stopped.
On the 10 March i received a bill stating: Your final bill came to £5.55
On the 12 March I was debited £42.99
When i click on "make payment" in my account it states my account is in credit £37.44
I have contacted Live Chat about a refund and each time I get a different answer.
First - no refund is due
Second - please wait for the refund
