We have put together a short survey to capture your feedback in terms of what BT can do when you experience home Wi-Fi issues. We would appreciate it if you could take a couple of minutes to complete a short survey. Read more from here, Fix my home Wi-Fi
I have unmarked your post as solved.
Once you have make up your mind what you are doing in relation to your question about whether to contact BT or not, which was the point of this thread, please mark it accordingly so as to not waste peoples time answering a question that you had apparently answered your self.
they said once a customer gets to the last 6 months of there contract, they would pay any cancellation fees,
You sure you read what Graham said.
What virgin will do just now and only by actually moving would you know you cannot know what virgin will do in 12 months time. You can only try and move in 12 months and see if Virgin are still desperate for new customers
i did say early on that you may be surprised by the magnitude of your cancellation fee
@Anonymous you don't have a slow connectiion at all. Yes virgin can give you faster speeds but what you currently have is much faster than thousands can get
Well said @garybs29
Here is what I have on a daily basis and get by... Only just.
Maybe it's a good idea to just let this thread fade away, everything that needs said has been said, nothing more of worth to add.
Then mark it solved as it is going nowhere and you are not moving to virgin
