I'm not a member either but got straight to the entry when I clicked a Google link; just tried it again and it's now asking for login details. Strange. You've not missed much though, just an entry for Libby Barr which still proclaims her pride at being BT's Customer Care MD; she must still be catching up with announcing what she's in to now.

Hello allanraymond. In your previous post you said "Personally I would say it is a scam, this is a cut and paste from someone on Trustpilot 24 hours ago."  I took this to mean that you were saying the letter was a cut & paste and that you'd seen it on Trustpilot.

So I'm asking which Trustpilot/which client of theirs was it on.

Thanks for the link. No mention there that the letter is a scam - just a complaint about an erroneous bill

Thanks for the link but it's a complaint about BT's error - nothing about it's a scam.

King Nora! What a mess! That's the number I rang and had a strange conversation with someone who wanted a 16 character password so that he could access my BT account on his system! A hacking attempt? I hope SeanD reads this and feeds back - are BT using the wrong number on their letter?
