Lies galore from Customer Services!

Wow,

Onto the 6th Customer Services representative who has blatently lied to me.

I was offered the Superfast 2 upto 80Mbs, 3 weeks ago, by retentions.

Multiple conversations with more broken promises and I am still on superfast 1.

It's a disgrace!

Anyway. Leaving now. First thing in the morning I will do a comparison and choose between Virgin, Vodafone, Now Broadband or Talk Talk. Plenty to choose from - and most at a similar or cheaper price point. Also the advantage of possible cashback on top. WIN WIN for me. I came back to BT after 20 odd years - Will never be back to BT again, not in a million years.

Friends and family are learning of the poorest of poor - BT. I am sure the word will spread far and wide that they can't trust BT.

People slag Talk Talk off - they cannot be as bad as BT, it is impossible.
