I've tried 4 times to renew my Line Rental Saver and every time it immediately shows as rejected in the Track Your Order part of my account. I receive no email or explanation about this.
I have phoned about this, I have also been promised call backs which have never come, and I've even logged an online complaint which was closed with a "glad we could help" message when nothing had been done at all.
I have received no help whatsover and my Line Rental Saver is still not renewed.
Is there anyone, anyone at all, at BT who can help me? I'm at my wits end.
