I have cancelled my BT package including line rental saver. My account is in credit. You have since billed me twice at £0 although my bill shows clearly that my services are cancelled. Your help queries show that you will refund the balance of the line rental saver but provide no information on how to trigger this and it certainly hasn't been done automatically. This is a very similar query to a previous contributor- you appear to be making it as hard as possible for us to get our money back.
