I can't seem to find the livechat option/button anywhere and I need to speak to someone urgently about account issues (am out of the UK and calling the hotline didn't work - put me on hold indefinitely). Help? Thanks in advance!
Thanks for that link, the chat window did pop up ... BUT 'currently unavailable' says opening hours are 7am to 11pm (I assume that's GMT) and it's 935am now 😮 Is it live on your end?
