try it with a fictional email address such as bandc@btinternet.com

and it will reject it immediately so it has to be the at the stage where it authenticates against the account.....would technies agree?

Yep, same here.

Spoke to someone online AGAIN this morning who said it had been resolved but it hasn’t been.

He logged a complaint and said I would be kept informed 😩😩

When I try to log in via my browser on my phone currently my access is denied and when I log in on my laptop browser I can get in but no information is showing and my account is still inactive.

Even tried setting up a new account but said technical issue try later 😟

Yes, I am passed the hopeful stage of it being fixed.  I think there is a problem that they are struggling to fix.

It is definitely seeing passwords and staying clean I have reached the "have fun but sensible" stage.If it works like on other systems, they can see the passwords that have been offered and so I have set about clean amusing ones.  "helloserver:-)" was declined and it looked like it was used before but "spurned" with other words were accepted but it said it could not authenticate even after it liked the two passcodes so some of the logic must be working.
