Logging out of MYBT.

When i log out  of MYBT ,a box appears wanting to send me a code,the firsy i thought it was some sort of confirmation that i was loggin out,but it logged me back in.I get this everytime that i log out,i've resorted to just closing the window ,any one know what this is.

It sounds like its taking you back to the login page when you logout, do you usually login with a one time PIN? 

Have you tried clearing the cookies from your browser for the BT website?

I have a setting to clear all coolies when i shut down my  computer.I did as you suggested but the same thing happened.The message i get reads.

Hello BT here.yourpasscode to sign in securely is ------.Didn't ask for this ? call us now on & there is a phone number.

@Cliff Thanks for the update. Is it something that just started recently? Does it happen on other browsers if you test logging out on them? 

It does sound like its just looping you back to the login page when logging out.

I haven't tried a different browser,i'll try that & see what happens.

Hi Alex,

I tried in the Firefox browser but the same thing happened.It does as you say send me back to the login page.It started about 3 weeks ago.I  don't go into MYBT every day,i don't use it like i use my bt email,so i guess i can live with it.
