Hello, i can't login to my BT account to see any details, every time i try to login it jumps me back to my email account every time, i also have not heard anything about my rewards package, my account went active on 25/03 and i use a mac, thank's.
Hi @bif2748 Welcome to the forum and thanks for posting. Check out What is a BT ID and how can I get one? If you keep getting directed back to your BT email account maybe you have set up your BTID using a different email address.
If you are still unable to get into your online account after checking out the BTID post back and let me know.
Hi, i have managed to change my old login email address to my new bt email address, the only thing now is that i dont know if any details of my rewards were sent to my old email address (plusnet) as it was closed the day after i switched, can you help with this please? thankyou.
